"Eating Healthy" is a concern and priority of many individuals. FAME is sensitive to the healthy choices customers prefer.
FAME has eliminated the use of all trans fats in our meal menus and recipes. We have not used hydrogenated oils in our kitchens for several years. We are committed to providing our customers healthy, trans fat free meals that simply taste great.
Our Nutritional Awareness Program includes quarterly "NUTRITIONAL AWARENESS DAY" hosted by FAME in the main dining room.
Numerous informational sources are distributed as well as one-on-one consultations with customers by our dietary experts.
Current issues are always addressed such as eating disorders, foods that fight disease, a healthy diet, etc.

menus reflect menu
items lower in sodium,
dietary cholesterol,
fat and calories.
