Food And Management Enterprise Corp. (FAME Corporation or FAME) was formed in September 1991 by former executives of major food service companies. We determined that a need existed for a sincere dining management corporation dedicated to providing its customers with unique quality dining management programs. In early 1994, FAME created its subsidiary: FAME Food Management Inc. Collectively, FAME employs over 500 representatives and has $20-million annually in managed sales. FAME has direct goals and ideals, i.e. - a regional company that does not have to answer to a distant corporate structure, so we can best serve the needs of the market; -the desire for a mutually successful relationship with our clients, customers, and staff, and a commitment to excellence and quality in dining service. FAME will bring to you, a belief in trust, a desire to serve others with sincerity, total quality management, years of experience in dining service management and operations and the strong knowledge of keeping costs controlled, as well as the strong desire to be the best in the industry.
